Our
programs for small groups of younger children (6-7) are designed as a
Jump-Start to fitness. Using down sized equipment, age appropriate
goals and skills. Our safety certified staff provide a well rounded
locomotion and creative movement curriculum for these children.
This is a great foundation for the understanding of the body, how it
works and what it can do.
All Jumpstart Gym classes are 45 minutes long. The perfect Length for this age group. |
