Suncoast Gymnastics Recreational Gymnastics Classes

Our Recreational classes provide children with basic, intermediate, and advanced skills at the child's own progression rate.

Suncoast Gymnastics has a curriculum guideline for all levels including team levels. This allows the children to master all necessary skills before advancing to the next level.

Our program is tailor-made for your child's abilities

The facility offers trampolines and pits for developmental learning. Each class lasts for 1 hour.

Within this hour the children warm up for the first 10 minutes which promotes knowledge of basic gymnastics terminology and body positions. The remaining 50 minutes of the class allows the child to work on all Olympic apparatus and work on the required skills of their level.

We try to divide all classes by level and age as evenly as possible.
