The Importance of Our program

This program is designed for the novice, intermediate and advanced athlete.  We will have classes that will help a child just getting involved in physical fitness all the way through to experienced athletes wanted to advance in their particular sport.  Here are some of the benefits of our programs.

Beyond the physical benefits, fitness helps elevate a child’s self-confidence and self-esteem by creating a strong sense of accomplishment, improving mental health, reducing stress, and influencing their overall mood.

Involvement in sports and sport specific training at a young age helps build teamwork and leadership skills, enforces the importance of commitment and resilience, and it keeps them healthy and happy.

Instilling the importance of health and fitness at a young age is crucial in their growth and development, but it also decreases the risk for obesity, heart disease, and other potential diseases that they could develop as they get older.

Development Classes

5&6 Years Old

Designed for our youngest athletes, this fitness class is focused on proper mechanics, stabilization and balance exercises, and basic strength and conditioning in a fun yet challenging environment. Each class will be 45 minutes in length and will include a variety of exercises and drills that will help teach young athletes the fundamentals for enhanced athletic performance.

Athletic Performance Classes

 

7-12 Years Old

These classes are designed to optimize all training essentials to help improve each athlete’s overall performance. Each class will include balance training, strength training, and speed and endurance training. All classes will be an hour in length.

Advanced Athletic Performance Classes 

 

13+ Years Old

For our older athletes, our performance classes are designed to prepare them for the next level through intense strength, speed, agility, and endurance training. All classes will be an hour in length.
